- 1 large Egg yolk Room temperature
- 2 cloves Garli Minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Neutral oil (canola or vegetable)
- 2 tbsp Truffle oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary Finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
