Instructions
In a
medium mixing bowl
, whisk together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
Add freshly squeezed lime juice and grated garlic (if using).
Stir until smooth and evenly mixed. Taste and adjust spice level with additional Sriracha or cayenne pepper.
Transfer the aioli to an
airtight container
and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
