  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Use full-fat for creaminess
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 whole Lime, juiced Adds brightness
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely grated Optional, for depth of flavor
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper Optional, for extra heat

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
  • Add freshly squeezed lime juice and grated garlic (if using).
  • Stir until smooth and evenly mixed. Taste and adjust spice level with additional Sriracha or cayenne pepper.
  • Transfer the aioli to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy as a dip, spread, or drizzle!

Notes

  • Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Stir before use as natural separation may occur.
  • For a vegan version, swap regular mayo for vegan mayo.
